PAYMENT
OPTIONS
The expected payment schedule for your project will be listed on page 3 of your contract.

The Landscaping Company - TLC accepts payments via internet bank transfer (EFT), credit card (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX) bank and personal cheques, money orders and cash. Credit card payments attract a 1.47% bank charge with 2.7% bank charge for AMEX.

All payments need to be cleared by the due dates shown on the contract payment schedule so if paying by a means that takes a day or two to clear, please expect and pay your invoices early.
We need to ensure that our work and payments are in line with QBCC contractual expectations.

A typical payment schedule for works under
$20 000 will have a 10% deposit,
2 payments of 25%, 1 payment of 30% and a final payment of 10%.
​
A typical payment schedule for works over
$20 000 will have a 5% deposit,
3 payments of 30% and a final payment of 5%.
